"No-Shave November" or as it is more popularly known as "Movember" (moustache + November), is a practice to raise awareness for men's health issues like testicular and prostate cancer, depression, etc. The idea behind the movement is to change the face of men's health.

Get scrubbin’

Exfoliation is key to embracing your facial hair. Use an exfoliator with walnut shell powder once or twice a week to clear away dead cells and encourage hair growth.

Oiled and awesome!

Massage your face with amla oil (Indian gooseberry) to get a furry face. Leave it on for about half an hour before rinsing it out with lukewarm water. You can use amla oil on its own or mix it with ground mustard leaf paste. Grind some mustard leaves and add a few drops of amla oil. Apply and leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing it off. Start your day with a glass of carrot + beetroot juice to increase blood flow and get your beard to luxuriate.

Keep calm and beard up

Experts agree that stress can be bad for your beard. Fight stress and face each day with verve by setting aside some time to meditate and visualize a lush, flowing beard.

Bulk up with biotin

Take biotin supplements to get your beard to grow faster and fuller. Get your fix of biotin with tuna, turkey, mushrooms, eggs and sunflower seeds.
